"I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed."

"My door was left open by housekeeping for 6 hours while we were not at the resort. When I advised the front desk, the gentleman was very apologetic. He eventually gave our party free breakfast the next morning, but the fact this happened at all was very unsettling."

"My stay at quality inn in LaGrange Georgia was wonderful The young lady that was on duty when I checked in gave us a room upstairs but she seen it was too hard for us so she gave us a room downstairs no questions asked and I really appreciate it The breakfast was not so good but every quality in does their own thing I would recommend it to anyone who's staying the night or two and need some more comfortable to lay their heads"
