Viel größer und sehr einladend als es den Anschein auf den Bildern gemacht hatte. Das ganze Personal vom Empfang bis zum Service beim Frühstück absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend aber nicht überzogen. Rundum eine Perfekter Aufenthalt! Immer gerne wieder und preis Leistung hat es mehr als verdient

Really fine hotel at a reasonable price. A bit strange however, you can hear everything going on in the bathroom due to gab between glass wall and ceiling.

The hotel is in a quiet location, only 5-10 mins drive from the Autostadt and city centre. The room was spacious and clean with modern furniture. Breakfast was very nice and fresh, a lot to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Fast perfekt!

Alles bestens. Mehr Naturstoffe fürs Bett statt Kunstfaser, aber ist leider oft so. Und die Föne austauschen. Dem Service morgens sagen, erst Kaffee, dann Zimmernummer fragen... dafür Housekeeping und Reception super!

Lovely room. VERY comfortable bed. Property has a confusing lay-out. The location is not close to town; if you do not have a car, the only option for dinner is a very upscale, meat-heavy restaurant onsite.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, kleine Mängel

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, grundsätzlich bemühtes Personal, hier und da hapert es an Kleinigkeiten. "kingsize" beschreibt die Größe des Bettes (ca.2m). Die erreichte allerdings keines der Betten in den uns gezeigten Zimmern. Die haben eher die Größen 160-180cm. Völlig ausreichend, jedoch passt hier die Beschreibung nicht. Das Bett im zweiten Zimmer (neu renoviertes Zimmer) hatte ca.180cm Breite, jedoch war die Matratze sehr hart. Das Zimmer war super. -neue Dusche/WC im Extraraum, Waschbecken im Schlafraum. Helle, freundliche Einrichtung, Safe vorhanden, großer neuer Flat-TV an der Wand. Sehr freundliches, bemühtes Reinigungspersonal, jedoch könnte das Personal der Rezeption etwas an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und vielfältig; enttäuschend war allerdings, dass bereits eine Stunde vor Ende kaum noch nachgelegt wurde. Unsere Bitte, noch frisches Obst nachzulegen, wurde positiv beantwortet, jedoch überhaupt nicht umgesetzt. Ein weiteres Nachfragen wurde dann mit "gibt es nicht mehr" beantwortet. -schade. Am nächsten Tag jedoch wurden wir auf unsere erneute Obstnachfrage positiv durch frisch aufgeschnittene Melone und Himbeeren, serviert an unserem Tisch überrascht. -geht doch ;-)
