"When we arrived and went to the room , it was filthy and unfit for occupation. We told the staff and they sent us to a clean room and had no further problems with our stay. good location , good breakfasts. just disappointed our stay started off as it did."

"I wanted a hotel by the Sydney Airport. I thought 4/5 was a good enough rating to stay one night before flying out. I was so wrong. We checked in and headed to our room. Such a sterile hallway that seemed almost like a jail. Worse, the hallway reeked of Marijuana. Room smelled overly perfumed and I thought….well at least it’s clean and this perfume is the cleaning product. But the carpet which was a weird memory foam looked like it had never been cleaned. "I always find the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff friendly. Lovely dining room with great views,good bar and good light meals snacks. I only stay 1 night usually between flights. Easy 20 min walk from the domestic terminal. Also has bus transport to domestic and international. All over great place to stay."
