".I received no information about how to check in and had to call at 22:15. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and ended the call abruptly. The next morning, the same employee behaved aggressively in front of my children."

"We did ask not to clean every day, but the they missed to clean in-between. "For a hotel right next to the airport, this place is absolutely superb! There is both a bus stop and an sbon station within about a 5 to 10 minute walk. They lost the star for me here because there is no sauna anymore! That was one of the selling points for me. I never would have booked this hotel if I would have known that it did not have a sauna. I was looking forward to that damn it! Please correct your listing."
