"Property was easy to find , as was the parking, very convenient. Clean and modern , apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. We were on the 3rd floor with a 23kg bag (no lift), unfortunately they didn't have an iron (attending a friends special occasion would have been nice to iron the shirt )available but believe they are sorting this out."

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. Location is not in city center but is near several places to eat including a small plaza with several eateries. Park nearby. "The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted.
