Good stay but needed a repair.

Nice place and location. Very clean. We had two rooms, but the AC only worked in one. Otherwise it would have bean a great experience. I would stay again but verify the AC is fixed.

Standard room and no kitchenette despite being on the booking. Double bed was two singles pushed together so very uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall very tired appearance to the facilities

Extra unexpected charges

Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me.

I liked the proximity of groceries stores and public transportation. I did not like: to climb on a chair to turn the light on-off the bathroom sink. Also new carpets in the hallway (3rd floor) would be nice.

Great price for a spacious room

The room was very spacious. Everything worked fine. I found the pillows a bit too large but OK. There was traffic noise with the windows open. I was very happy overall for the price and convenience. I had to wait a bit to check in because no one was at reception when it was supposed to be open, but not bad. The person at reception was very friendly and made me a coffee. Internet was excellent. I was able to work in a great large common room after I checked out, which was wonderful. It was nice having a microwave, fridge, and other amenities of a kitchen.

Don't choose this hotel! The room was dirty at our arrive, and the staff has said to us that the clean of the room they do it only after four days of staying in the hotel...it is a shame! Hair in the shower, food in the floor... furtermore, the wc in the toilet was broken, the door of the toilet was broken and the bed and the cushions were very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep here! The staff doesn't help us!

Everything at this hotel was good except...we were told that we could access the buffet breakfast earlier than the scheduled time due to a train we had to catch. We were told to go at 7:00, knock on the door, and we could eat what was available at that time as they were setting up. Based on this agreement, we paid the 15 euros each. Unfortunately, when we went down to breakfast, we heard people, but the door was locked, so we knocked on the door (as did another patron). After a couple tries, and no response, we had to leave without eating. If we hadn't paid for it, then fine, but we did. When I emailed to explain this to the reception desk, they tried to tell me it was unlocked and that I was told to just walk in. IT WAS NOT UNLOCKED. I was basically told I was out of luck and that they could not refund the 30 euros we had paid. I emailed the reception desk back reiterating that the door was not unlocked and that we had tried to knock, but I never heard from them again. To me, that was not good customer service. It was easily verifiable with the workers that we did not come in to eat before the 7:30 am breakfast time!

This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. First thing we see as we go up the elevator to go to our room when the door opens it’s completely dark no lights at all like in a horror movie, as you walk the lights turn barely on and flickering it was insane I never thought a hotel would be like that and I wish we could upload video to show how it looks nothing like the pictures everything is peeling and lots of weird stains on the floor, the bed sheets had crumbs and who knows what else, the bathtub was nasty they could’ve at least removed the mildew from the corners before having guests stay in there. Not to mention an alarm starting ringing in the middle of a the day with no warning or announcements to us when we checked in. At night we kept hearing very weird noises and footsteps at 3am in the morning along with a woman screaming at 12pm. We opened the door at night to get food and it’s pitch black, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. That area of the city is not safe which is my fault I should’ve done more research. They would not give us our money back so we left the next day that’s how bad it was, their post is so deceitful, the hotel looks nothing how it looks and the reviews are fake obviously. The only night I stayed the only thing I can say if you don’t care about the horrible hotel is the bed was very comfortable that’s it.

So new is still not quite complete

Very new hotel, and still stone wrinkles to work out. Very modern look and feel. Comfortable bed, big room. The TV in my room and several others, was not connected to antenna, and no SMART apps, only YouTube.

Tout simplement atroce. Pas du tout fidèle à l'annonce lors de la réservation. Hygiène catastrophique avec une porte qui tient avec un simple aimant verrouillé. Jamais été aussi déçu en reservant sur hotels.com. Établissement à fuir, le seul point positif est le gentil monsieur de l'accueil.
