"Was disappointed when we found a roach in the pool area shortly after arrival. Thankfully it was dead but definitely made me feel uneasy about the rest of our stay. However, the staff was kind and location was ideal plenty of food and gas near by."

"This place has definitely seen better days. I tried to save a few bucks but the cost was still the same as if I stayed across the parking lot at Holiday Inn. The bedding was very worn out and had visible stains and strands of hair. I went to the Family Dollar to purchase bedding. So, yeah, the money I spent doing that was the same as if I’d stayed somewhere else. Would’ve had a better peace of mind"

"We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Thornsburg! The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning—it had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. "The Hyatt Place was a wonderful hotel! We loved the spacious room, delicious breakfast, and had no trouble finding parking. Zoe, at the front desk, was especially friendly, helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. We will definately be back! Thank you!"

"Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out."

"The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite"

"I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."

"The hotel room and staff were amazing, the one problem I had with this property was that the outdoor pool was not open . The pool was in disrepair. It’s the start of their summer season and that should be open"

"Unsafe, Lock was broken off on one of the two rooms we paid for. We left immdiately but have not yet been successfull in getting refund. The number goes to a message that says no one answers this phone. Not a place for families."
