"What a beautiful B&B. The property and surrounding is grounds are amazing. Olga was a great hostess and breakfast was very good. Stayed in the Gold room, it was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Only stayed one night and could have easily stayed longer had our schedule allowed. Will stay there again when in the area."

"We decided to stay at this property because the price was reasonable compared to other options we were considering, and the reviews on Expedia were generally positive. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the air conditioner was extremely loud. Combined with the TV’s volume being capped at 25, it was impossible to hear anything we were trying to watch. We eventually gave up because the constant noise from the AC made it so unpleasant....

"We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

"The hotel wasn’t perfect, but we had a quiet time during our long weekend in the Leesburg area. The hotel was a quick drive from everything that we wanted to see and eat. The room was comfortable, which was the most important. The pool area was good. The cleanliness of the halls was oddly off. The free breakfast was skippable. There are so many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely skip the hotel breakfast."

"Hotel room was very clean although the air conditioning unit was very noisy. I believe hotel is on the older side and might be the reason why unit was so noisy. Staff was very nice and the breakfast offered early at 6 AM is nice as we like to get on the road early. Will stay again."
