"First off, the property location is the best if you want to stay in time square. Very convenient walking every where and very easy to look for food. The breakfast was the same every day so you can plan what to eat on your first day and try a different one on your next days. The room is very cramped for a family of 4, we got the 2 double beds. It’s hard to move around especially when have 4 luggages but I think this is what you pay for the location convenience. The room is clean but they rarely come to clean it while you’re there and sometimes they don’t even check if you still have shampoo or shower gel, I have to call for refill which they did right away. The air con or heating is very noisy. Elevator can be crowded may take time to use but it worked out for us. "

"The staff at Margaritaville Resorts Times Square was superb. Every single staff member from the Front Desk personnel to the cleaning staff to the servers were superb. What impressed us most was their level of professionalism for such a young group. They all helped make our stay very enjoyable!"
