"Everything was great"

"Pool área never had towels. Asked for them for over an hour and never came to bring. Used towel bin stayed full. Asked for sheets for pull out couch was told I had to get them myself. No extra duvets or blankets when I asked for them. Water w fruit in lobby was empty asked for it to be refilled took over 3 hours. "

"Our key did not work with 3 trips from lobby to 4th floor. A very kind front desk worker came with us on the 3rd attempt to see what was wrong. He enlisted an unapologetic manager to finally determine that maintenance was required. I asked if we could get a drink voucher or something to compensate us for our inconvenience. She said she had "run out of drink chips." "

"The rooms were clean, the beds were nice, the breakfast was good and the lady at the front desk was fantastic!"

"First they gave me a room with someone. Secondly I paid for a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. Then finally they put in a handicap room which I didn't pay for...I was so upset."
