"Initial impression was lovely, well situated hotel. However upon entering the room, there were 2 fridges, one of which was broken and just left in middle of beds; the desk chair was also broken; very few towels for 2 people and closet mirror was filthy with finger prints all over as well as loads of surface dust. Highlighted to reception; more towels put in room plus new chair but original chair and fridge NOT removed. Also found spelling bee ticket from 3 weeks ago and other litter between...

"Loved this place! I wanted to be close to my daughter at NYU and this place was perfect. The room was quiet and the hotel had great amenities. Staff were excellent! I wish I had stayed here sooner. "

"This Hyatt was a find. It's close to Penn Station and to Murray Hill which is what we wanted. The room had just been renovated and was lovely. Construction on side made elevator use somewhat problematic but that will soon be over. Highly recommend."
