"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"Hotel rooms stunk of moisture and pure stink. Terrible smell, but not smoke. We had 2 rooms on the third floor. Air conditioner worked fine, but it was like every piece of fabric held stink and moisture. Beds were less than average and pillows were average. On a bright note, the shuttle is very fast and efficient. That was the only good thing about this hotel that has seen better days. "Thoroughly enjoyed the property with two young boys 8 and 11. They loved playing basketball in the pool. Wife and I were able to get R&R while boys made friends. Staff was great and so were the facilities. Housekeeping was the only weak link but they weren't terrible."

"Place was clean, some things didn’t work. I didn’t have a trash bucket, toilet wouldn’t flush great, and breakfast was not the greatest. Pool didn’t work it was not clean. Staff were really nice, air conditioning worked but then I couldn’t like shut it off. Room was clean."
