"I did not visit the gym nor attend a staff meeting but went to a concert at the All State Arena. It was in walking distance. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area very nice."

"The property and staff were very professional and kind. The check in experience because of Expedia's screw up was less than terrible. I reserved 3 Rooms for my family and Expedia only reserved 2 rooms. After a one hour and 30 minute conversation with Expedia by I was finally credited back for the one room and the hotel generously approved the same rate for the third room. Expedia needs Quality Customer Service training in the worst way!"

"If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. It is a disaster. Totally run down. The breakfast is stake toast and cold coffee. And the noise from the road is so loud it seems like your bed is ON THE HIGHWAY. avoid at all costs. The previous reviews must be fake. "

"Had a great time even from the moment we walked in the gift store had amazing selections. Even little things like ice comes in small ice bags so you can just grab and go. Pool has hours from 8am to 10 pm which has always been great for me. Rooms are super clean and smell good. Nice view of the airport as well! "

"We did not have a very good experience for two reasons: 1. The front desk staff wasn’t very kind. We tried to buy a water bottle paying with quarters and said he wouldn’t “be taking a handful of coins”. 2. Our reservation in Expedia clearly stated a 12pm checkout which was specifically one of the reasons we chose that hotel. It wasn’t until upon check-in that the staff shared Expedia had a mistake and actual checkout was at 11am. While I understand there might be updates to these terms, they...
