I alerted the front desk immediately and they moved me to another room which was the exact quality I've grown to love at this hotel. Kudos to the staff!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Elena at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. She upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well-maintained. "When we arrived to the hotel we were suprised with it being renovated. The lobby was non-existent and the breaskfast area was inside of a conference room which looked quite outdated and somewhat dirtly. The employees were very helpful. The rooms were OK, but I truly disliked being in the middle of renovations. If I knew, I would not have stayed there. I requested a call from hotel manager, which I have not yet received."
