"Clean, friendly staff. Good value."

"I paid for a breakfast my first morning as part of the hotel - but when I got there for breakfast, was told I needed a voucher - which I did not get, or have. The toilet could not be flushed without taking off the lid, the thermostat did not work, and the blinds would not shut completely. In general, the hotel as a whole was 'OK' but my room was NOT good. If I can help it, I'll never be back - despite it's convenience of a short drive to the metro station in Greenbelt. The price of the hotel was fine - but I still didn't get the breakfast(s) (I paid for two as my wife was going to also stay, but didn't) I paid for on the 28th"

"I wish i could write a positive review. The property looks incredible but my stay was a short one. They overbooked the hotel. Though they did comp us the night at another property (18 miles in the wrong direction of our destination). I suggest calling before you go to make sure your reservation is booked. regardless if you get a message directly from the property an hour before you show up. thats right. we weren't notified until we got there. no phone calls no messages."

"The room was clean, but sofa cushions had some pretty good stains. The bathroom sink bowl was cracked, but functioned. Wasn't the best hotel breakfast, but I have had worse. Only chose to eat there once. Staff was friendly and the location is good."
