"Place was amazing, my kids had fun from heated pool, boating( kayak, paddleboat), private lake/beach and nearby public beach too. There's a firepit you can make smores and grills to cook burgers or steak... You can fish too but bring your own fishing rod. Staff(s) were attending and kind. Lake Luzerne was a quiet yet relaxing place, the bons ice cream was delish, mill park a must visit too (mini trail i think) you'll see a waterfalls. Across i think it was a wayside public beach, Lake George was 15-20 min away is a must also. My kids want to go back in hotel luzerne next summer! Our 3.5 hr travel was worth to this amazing place😊Thank you"

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs. It is a beautiful hotel which is very convenient to the race track. There is a trolley stop right out front as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. Our favorite part was the restaurant. They have an EXCELLENT restaurant where we ended up having both breakfast and dinner each day. The chef is fabulous and the servers were awesome! Tried three different dinners and they were all excellent! Excellent breakfast buffet as well! We will stay there again!"

"Very pleasant lobby and room. Excellent breakfast. Nicely maintained swimming pool. Only nit was the loud ventilation system in the hotel room, it was pretty noisy."

"The hotel is nice , it’s clean, it’s new , and it feels incomplete. I’m sure , or at least hoping what they will complete , is a breakfast menu .. The 22 dollar breakfast was awful. I paid 530 a night for 2 rooms for 2 nights — 2100 for 2 nights …breakfast would have been nice ..and what they put out was less than great. It’s a nice hotel, I’d go back …they just need to put finishing touches on some things."
