"Enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, we enjoyed hot tub, and buffet breakfast. 🙂 Didn't like WIFI because it's not secured, and the rooms cleaning lady spoke Spanish, but didn't speak English. 🙃"

"I love La Quinta Bakersfield, it was very clean the location was great close to restaurants and Starbucks. I also feel that the parking was safe. Room was huge bed was comfortable. They also have indoor pool that my son loved!The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and very welcoming,I will surely comeback!"

"Smelled good when you first walk into the lobby and your room. You can tell it was cleaned. Staff were very helpful and friendly. In our 3 night stay we did encounter 3 roaches, 1 water bug, and a spider. There is also mold in the bathroom. I did not notice the mold until the 2nd night. The couch was broken. The bed does let out but it’s broken and I’m almost sure they already knew that, so I didn’t bother wasting my time complaining about it. The couch was just slept on regular, in couch form."

"The hotel is old and needs updated painting , toilets, drapes & carpet. It smelled musky when we got in the room. I believe with all the updates it will b fine."

"I would like to say that the lady Jodine was so helpful.. but the rooms were pretty bad one of the rooms smell like cat urine the bed had black spots all over bed it was pretty bad. The thing I did like that it’s gated just the beds and the sad part is that’s the most important part because that’s were you lay your head at night"

"I come from a small town so im not used to seeing alot of homeless in one area. They are everywhere outside and in the halls. As long as you keep to yourself they dont bother you. Other than that I spent a week there and everything else was great."
