"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo.
Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good.
Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated.
We hope to visit again in the future! "

"部屋のそこかしこにほこりが目立った。ヒーターが弱く、ずっと寒かった。掛け布団が一枚だけで寒かった。
キッチンはコンロが広かったが、包丁は全然切れなくて、電子レンジも壊れていた。
場所は悪くないのに、全体的に残念だった。"

"This is well kept property. It is just as it was described. The rooms were cozy and warm. The living room was a good size with a small fire place which is done up well. There were a few enjoyable board games.The kitchen had everything you needed including a microwave. There was tea coffee and sugar. The bathroom was great it had shampoo, conditioner,body wash and hand wash. Toilet flush button was a bit stiff and the toilet door creaked which is minor.
