"One of the lift wasn’t working so it was a was to always walk all the way around to get to the one bearly working elevator. The property wasn’t maintained well. There was a various strong smell of weed on the hallway. Our bedroom have a bunch of sticky glue all around the wall, which wasn’t clean. Looks like somebody was used that to hang something previously and it was left and wasn’t cleaned. Second night, which is Saturday around 2:30 AM. There was people screaming and being loud and...
