"Room was advertised to have breakfast included. What a misleading, dishonest statement by the hotel. On arrival I was advised the breakfast was a continental with fresh pastries. Not so. Pastries were thawed out frozen items. Mostly inedible. An OJ, yoghurt, small amount of fresh milk, boring corn flakes. Not even additional tea or coffee sachets. IF THE BREAKFAST IS CONTINENTAL IT NEEDS TO BE HONESTLY DISCLOSED IN THE HOTEL INFORMATION SO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE. I never...
