If you book with this property, your credit card will be hacked. Then you will spend all of your time getting your credit card lockdown and having to get a new one. Every single day since I’ve booked this hotel I’ve received 2 to 3 different international charges against my credit card.

While the motel is old, and shows signs of age, it was clean (there were stains on the carpet, but when you are that old...), was in a safe feeling area, with 2 restaurants right across the street. Check in was quick and painless, with a nice clerk. Acess to ice macinr is limited, as it depends on when office is open, but if you are not in a hurry, it is great! Will be staying there again!!

We were just in town for an overnight on our way towards Yellowstone National Park. The room was clean and the heater was really cool. Vertical standing in corner of room with glass window so we could see the flames. Kind of like a mini fireplace that I didn't have to do anything to.

Pleasantly surprised

The lady at the front desk was awesome!! Very friendly and informative. There are also some guests that stay there long term and they were also very friendly and provided good conversation. Its an old building but in pretty good condition. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. We went there expected a fairly run down place so we wouldn't have to pay $200 for a quick nights sleep and were pleasantly suprised to find it was a comfy clean place with friendly faces.

Little different but clean

The hotel is nice. It was kinda odd having people sitting outside my window smoking at 3 AM. I don’t know if it’s a retirement home/I don’t know homeless but they weren’t a problem other than just sitting outside your bedroom window at 3 AM nice place.

Cute little hotel. Second time ive stayed here and it was a great stay. It is outdated but its very comfortable and really close to most attractions. We didnt have to drive to anything since it was all within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Die Zimmer waren überraschend groß, bestehend aus einem Haupt- und einem Nebenzimmer. Die Kinder haben sich über den eigenen Bereich sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Badetücher schneeweiß. Was weniger gut gefallen hat- die Einrichtung (Möbel) ist in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, keine Belüftung im Bad. WLAN im Zimmer hat gar nicht funktioniert.

Accommodating Staff But Very Run Down

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The furnace/heat source in the room didn't work so they brought me a portable heater. I was afraid to use it for fear of starting an electrical fire. The room was VERY rundown. It seemed the other rooms that were occupied were all full time staff and residents.
The directions are rather interesting to operate the air conditioning.
The window was dirty, disgusting, and wouldn't open.
One section of the ceiling looked like it could tall down at any time.

Great friendly hotel

Great older hotel. Everyone is nice here. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. It is old so some of the things in the room didn’t work as well as new things would but that wasn’t a big issue for me. It was also nice and quiet except for the occasional semi that drive by. I slept well. I will stay here again, if I need a place in Thermopolis.

I didn't get to stay here as the hotel management was never at this location. Sign on the door to the office read: "we are doing errands, please call" - only I never received a call back, rather a text at 11:40pm conveying an apology. Drove by the next two days only to see the same sign and 3 (three) cars in their parking lot.

It was an older motel, we like to park in front of our room door. It’s easier when you have to walk your dog. Real close to hot springs national park and the bath houses and dog park. We were there one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
