"The Granger was a perfect stay when traveling to San Diego. From the moment of walking in to check in, I felt very welcomed and cared for. As well as the moment I was checking out, I felt appreciated and encouraged to return. The staff was phenomenal and the very kind. The amenities were exceptional and not seen in most hotels. "The room was pretty clean, my only issue was the toilet did have some splatter under the toilet seat from the previous person. The property itself was very clean. The staff was great, I don’t recall his name but the guy who checked me in was great, very friendly and very helpful! I did not get into the pool but I did check it out; it was very clean as well. "

"Stayed 3 nights - our room was to be cleaned after 2 days. Wasn’t ever done. Called that night and someone came up with bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. We gathered up the garbage cans and she emptied them. The room itself was clean upon check-in. The bathroom sink/vanity area is not user friendly at all. Hard to explain the set-up but no room to place much and everything falls out the sides of the metal “stand” that the sink sits in? Shortage of electrical plug ins by the bed...

"Shops and restaurants walkable. Hotel clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap smell is not for everyone. Very strong. Neighbors were loud and couldn’t sleep well. Otherwise, great stay."
