"Great location right in the centre of universal city walk! Could see the queues for universal from our room, we found ourselves sitting just taking in the city view on the first evening as we were given a room on the top floor. The staff are lovely and it is walking distance to universal studios we only went into Osaka once on our 3 day stay as there was enough to do on the city walk. The decor of the hotel is a added touch that just makes the whole experience magical."
