"I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. "

"First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on...

"Great little find this. After being let down last minute for a room elsewhere. I booked a room less than 24 hours before. I was contacted to arrange check in and the host was very welcoming and informative. Very spacious en suite room as well for the price, with tea and coffee and a smart TV as well. Thank you"
