"Room on 6th floor facing west, overlooking Battersea Park (glimpses). Quiet and comfortable.
Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection.
Didn't interact with staff at all apart from checking in."

"There are 2 things to consider with this property, it is remote and there are a lot of stairs. This is a beautiful property and the staff is excellent."

"Breakfast adequate Self service of coffee/ tea/ toast. Not what I would expect of a four star London Hotel.
Dinner: After discussion with server regarding the curry dish. We asked for medium which was way to hot. On discussion the Manager offered £10..00 discount. We were not particularly happy as we were unable to eat the meal.
However. We advised the hotel if they needed the money they would take it. We would not recommend due to the issues stated ,plus bedrooms were only average."

"Bedroom was very good. Balcony was great to watch the planes fly over head. Staff were mostly helpful. Inside pool was very cold. There was no instructions how to use the pool lockers. Breakfast was delicious."
