"I arrived just before 7pm to find a queue of people in the lobby, it quickly became apparent that there was an issue, a technical one. "Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. "The heating in the room was broken so couldn’t be turned off, and the fridge was broken so wouldn’t stay cool. Overall the room was very clean and tidy and the kids loved the big bunkbeds "

"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "
