"Modern hotel in a convenient location close to lots of restaurants and shops. Pleasant staff and good service. The bar and restaurant areas are relatively quiet and relaxing. The bed was a little firm for my preference but everything else was fine. "

"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. "
