I strongly do NOT recommend this property.
I booked a “Comfort Suite” based on the photos and description, but the actual apartment was completely different and far below the advertised standard. This is clearly misleading to customers.
The apartment was in unacceptable hygienic condition: dirty used bedding with hair, damaged sheets, dirty furniture and empty alcohol bottles left in the room.
The bathroom was in very poor condition – yellow and dirty toilet seat and visible mold in the shower.
Additionally, important amenities were missing (no TV at all, only an empty wall mount), and the furniture layout blocked access to the window/balcony.
There was no proper support on arrival – reception was closed in the evening and the only contact available could not provide any help.
Even after reporting these issues immediately, the property refused to take responsibility or offer any refund.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The apartment does not meet basic hygiene standards and does not match the advertised listing. Avoid this place.
