"Overall the stay was good, with just a couple of points that let it down. Breakfast on the first morning was quite disappointing in that we sat down and it was 35 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before it arrived. There were a number of vases of wilted/dead flowers around the rooms. Silly point, but the toilet roll holder was impossible to use without the roll coming off and shooting across the floor. "The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. "The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again."
