In that line, there were steel gang boxes visible in the room. I know this happens during a renovation, but a little bit more work after that to clean up holes from old fixtures goes a long way. You're in this nice new room and then you have to look at holes and steel. You get this sense of excellence until you see something like that. It's a small thing but when you pay $200/night, that stands out and should not be a thing.
