"I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!"

"I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. "The staff were pleasant but the property has been allowed to go into terrible disrepair with holes in the tile by the tub, it took ridiculous effort to try and enter the door which would not unlock and then was so warped it was stuck, the “hot” water was luke warm, the toilet ran and ran - when mentioned to the staff they were aware of all of it but were not able to do anything about any of these issues. We went for the Missoula Marathon as did many of the guests but instead of accommodating...
