The only negative, I'm a tea drinker in the morning, there was a Kureg with plenty of coffee but no tea. The phone in the room didn't work, according to the welcome book, if any issues just call the front desk on the in room phone. "The room was not very clean. We found personal items on the floor and even a condom fell out from the mattress when the sheets were opened to lay in bed. Makes you wonder if the bed had been changed at all since the last guest. It was ok for one night but a little more attention to detail on cleaning would have made it much better."

However one staff member on this trip ,need serious retraining in customer service, staff are there to serve the customer ,and not for the customers to serve you , if you don’t have guests /customers then you are not needed for the position. Will still book this location again. Great location , easy to get to attractions from here ."

"This was hands down the best experience! First the second we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The room was just as amazing. Pretty small but everything you needed was in there. Check in and out was so easy and fast. Will definitely be going back."

"This hotel smelled dirty, looked dirty and felt dirty. Pool, gross. Lobby, gross. No towels, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers in bathroom. Our sink was dirty and clogged. After asking for towels for 2 straight days I was finally given the tiniest, worn looking towels i’ve ever seen. They looked like something you would use to wash your car.
