"I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. "

"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "

"I had the two bedroom suit which came with two full bathrooms in each. Dinning and living area along with kitchen. This was a great stay for me and the family. The room was clean and felt like a home away from home. We were able to utilize the gym which wasn't to bad. The package came breakfast which was great every morning with a variety of options. I would stay again if in traveling with the family."

The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. "I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. "The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, the utensils are good, the building is a bit of a problem. It smells bad of marijuana and cigarettes; they smoke in the rooms, because you can smell the bad odor in the hallways and the elevator. The parking is accessible."
