"The dinner menu was good and the food was great! The parking area was clean and we had plenty of parking spaces. Brittany, the Supervisor, was extremely helpful with our reservation and answered our questions regarding offsite restaurants. I felt that all the staff/team were friendly and available to help when needed."

"I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."

"The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading "

"Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."

"Room was spacious, front desk staff were nice. The pool was also nice but not the cleanest. The breakfast was average, not bad."

"At Homewood Suites by Hilton, Plymouth Meeting, PA ... • Thursday was a late check-in. The front desk was not manned; called the front desk number to see if staff would hear it. One staff member showed up about 15 minutes later. • Friday breakfast was "minimal" at best. No forks, coffee was out, and only fatty bacon was offered in the hot meal. Breakfast was closed about 1 hour earlier than advertised. Saturday breakfast was much better."

"Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK"
