"first off the the employees were absolutely USELESS. we stayed FOUR nights and there was only ONE TIME we got back to our room and we didnt have to go to the front desk for a new key. i asked them if they had a manager or a number i could call because it was quite literally UNACCEPTABLE that i had to go back to the front desk THREE TIMES in one day because i told one of ladies my door wont unlock bc the lock was stuck so the door wouldnt shut. and she completely ignored me and just made me new...
