Good location, better than reviews lead me to believe. Lobby food wasn't unreasonable compared to other hotels. Friendly people. Staff is great too, front desk helped me with every question I had.

Planned on a 3nite stayed , Enjoyed it so much,, I purchased anthr nite last minute .. awesome get away from the section of Philadelphia that I come from . The city is very loud and dirty , this hotel is tucked away perfectly and isn’t too far from the city So this place has become my little secrete getaway whenever I need to escape Philadelphia I love how there is so many stores right up the street from this place , so many places to eat .

Great stay today. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience smooth from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything felt well cared for. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

The good ratings on the property do not reflect the excellent experience. This hotel goes the extra mile to provide the best experience possible. The shower pressure was incredible, the kitchen well stocked, the unit very clean, the furnishing very comfortable. It is definitely the most underrated hotel I've visited.

The front desk staff did their best to accommodate our stay. Housecleaning hardly came when scheduled. Front desk had no access for clean towels, I had to wait for housekeeping to issue them. The carpet was filthy, which affected my breathing. . We had to wait over 30 minutes when checking in for a cart. The bathroom had been renovated and clean. It was the best part of the unit. The cover for the pipes kept falling off in the closet, leaving debris.The staff kept putting it back. Overall, it is not a placeI would stay again. Only amenities were free coffee in lobby. Parking was good.

I enjoyed my overall stay at Executive Residency By Best Western Horsham. My hotel floor was quiet, the staff was professional and helpful, the property was well-maintained, and the amenities were good. The only criticism I have during this stay is the hair I found in the shower drain and on my bathroom floor. I would recommend that the cleaning staff do a better job at maintaining cleanliness in the rooms. However, my hotel room was in good condition. I liked seeing new towels and an updated remote control. I also appreciate the front desk staff member for allowing me to choose a room I recommend. I enjoyed the wonderful view of the park. This was my third time at this hotel, and probably my best experience there. Thank you.

The hotel has a foul smell. It is not a normal smell. Also, when I first checked in my ned was made but when I moved the sheets to go to bed, there were hairs in the bed. My room was moved, but the hotel still smelled. I could not wait to check out.

Stayed there for 4 nights and ended up in 3 different rooms one room water was pouring in from up stairs into my bathroom second room the carpet was soaking wet. From the water from the AC system running on it. Could probably be a nice place but it's run down?

We were very impressed with the appearance of the property. I have traveled through Horsham many times and never knew there was a hotel hiding in the middle of a business park. What a great hidden gem. There seemed to be only one person on staff but he was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the perfect fit for our home away from home. There was ample parking and even though it gave the vibe of an extended stay (which I believe it is) there was no loud noise outside or in the hallways. My only concern was the smell in the hall, it wasn't overwhelming but it was obvious the they carpet were due for a deep cleaning.

I enjoyed my overall experience at Executive Residency Best Western Horsham. The staff was very professional and helpful during my stay. The property was well-maintained and clean. However, there were a few imperfections in my room. I don't blame the hotel for it because I know it's due to past guests disrespecting the space. It's typical for customers to blame the staff and the organization for these imperfections, but they lack empathy and accountability for how they were produced. I think the staff tries their best under the circumstances. The best part of my stay was the amazing view from my room overlooking the water and park. I will definitely return to this site.
