She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."

"This was our second or third time. Always a great experience. This is where we stay when going to Highmark/Mann for a concert. Easy Lyft or drive. Their breakfast is yummy, and their staff is very professional and helpful. Thanks as always, Jackie and JJ Eberly"

"The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. "There was no was no one at the front desk every time I went there for check in I had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up and for check out it was no one at all"

"Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting."

"Do not make a reservation at this hotel. We had to immediately check out as my wife's allergies went into high gear upon entering the room. The bathroom had a mold/mildew smell (allergy trigger). The common area follow was sticky. Bed linens were not cleaned, the bed was just remade."

The young man at check in was better. The quality of breakfast is still not good and they should use better quality coffee and food.
