"Property was clean and had comfortable beds"

"This is a classic motel with room doors on the outside and no elevator. The property was well taken care of. It all looked like it had been remodeled not too long ago and was kept clean. I thought the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. There was no parking the first night for some reason, but I was able to park at an adjoining property. "Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. "

"The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience."

"Do not believe the fake 10/10 reviews. Read through the 2/10 reviews. They are spot on. The room was disgusting. Filthy bathroom, filthy bathtub, huge blood stain on the mattress under the mattress pad, food on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. "We were very comfortable at this hotel and we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. "

"The room and shared spaces were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a pool table and shuffleboard table in the lobby that my kids and I enjoyed playing. We absolutely will stay there again when we are back in the area. "

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."
