"Rooms and lobby area and hallway were pretty clean. Decor could use a refresh and landscaping needs improvement. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok but could use more cereal choices, and some vegan options (almond or soymilk etc). Use of disposable cups, plates, bowls and utensils makes the hotel seem cheap and wasteful. Is it that difficult to put plates, mugs and utensils in a dishwasher?"

"We were very impressed with this Best Western. It’s in a lovely area and is very well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful. We wish it were closer to the Providence airport."
