"I definitely would be coming to stay again. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast can be a bit better but I loved the waffle machine. The room was clean and I enjoyed having the whirlpool in my room.The hot water works just great. Great getaway for couples, it is also kid friendly. The TV volume was a bit loud couldn't really hear the words but we managed. It's 10 mins from the Casino, Great wolf Lodge, and Tange Outlets. Overall, I would definitely be going back to visit when it's warmer. I had a really great and relaxing time especially for great price. Highly recommended, my fiance really enjoyed her birthday getaway"

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"

"In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! "

"The receptionist was having trouble with check in due to Wi-fi connection but was pleasant and helpful even under stress. The following morning we had cold water in the shower. The new receptionist informed us to run the tub, bathroom and and shower on at the same time as the were booked and many people were using hot water, which helped."

"Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment "

"Great clean and spacious room! I was in a mobility assisted room, so everything was perfectly accustomed for someone in a wheelchair. Hanging your coats, taking a shower, lowly placed light switches. It was very much restful and beautiful. The staff, this one woman of color in particular, was soooooo kind and knowledgeable and approachable. She 1000% took her job and her appearance seriously. I liked her as far as check in. We received a breakfast voucher. The breakfast reminded me of a typical continental breakfast, but whatever. It’s easy to get to the airport, they do offer shuttles. It’s easy to get to the mall, although there is construction EVERYWHERE! And it’s very easy to find food over there on Route 2 (I believe it is) . Such a great location, right off the highway, and easily accessible to other amenities."

"Stayed here one night while passing through. Room was smaller than I expected (patio king). I also assumed the patio was attached to the room but it was not. Room floor was dirty (sand, etc.) otherwise room was clean. Our coffee pot didn’t work. There was a $50 dog fee upon check in that wasn’t listed at time of booking online so that was a surprise. Staff were super friendly and happy to see our dogs. We did receive a doggy gift bag at check in. Hotel was in a great location. Restaurant attached to hotel was nice as well."
