"The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. "Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Especially the maintenance man he was absolutely great! The amenities, cleanliness, and accommodations were fantastic as well! Would love to stay back there, and highly recommend!"
