"This is an older motel & some updating could be done but for the one night it was great. Randy at check in was very nice and the indoor pool was a HUGE hit with our granddaughter. Unfortunately breakfast was just okay - not maintained with low food items. Would we stay again, probably if needed for a night."

Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement. There is no elevator and if you are placed on the 1st floor and can’t use stairs they provide a very steep ramp which is difficult for someone with a walker. "Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice linens. Shower pressure is fabulous. Proprietary is quiet. I love the mobile check-in. We stay here whenever we are in Saratoga."

"The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property."

"It was cheap and available, that's the best thing I can say about the property.. the people were nice and helpful but the interaction is about 2 minutes long and the whole stay is in an extremely poorly maintained, dirty place. Won't be back."
