The room was dated. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud. Not much in the way of hot water or water pressure for my shower. Had to pay $35 for damage deposit on my credit card. Thought it was just a hold, but it was actually charged to my account. Person on the desk the next morning said it should have been $25 not $35. Said it would be at least 3 business days before the deposit was refunded back to my account. Was disappointed with the breakfast. It opened at 6:00am, I was there for 6:10pm. There was not much of a variety to choose from. Only a couple of muffins were left, same with the bread on a few slices were left. The front desk person was also in charge of looking after the breakfast supplies. While people were waiting to check out, the staff member was in the back room of the kitchen trying to bring out more food. It was a bit unorganized.
