"Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not maintained and the basic functions, heating/cooling, lack of cleanliness, plumbing and response to immediate and continuous issues was poorly handled. We had to leave. We were moved from 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with overwhelming moisture and cooling failure and a disgusting mildew odor. "Our host was extremely pleasant and helpful. She arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel and a taxi to a bus station. We left at 5am to take a bus. Our host left us a breakfast to go that was nutritious and delicious including bottled water! We would stay at Hotel Kapital again."

"I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway."
