"I want to address a concern regarding the treatment I received from the night staff. The attitude and dismissiveness were unprofessional and unnecessary. When a guest asks a question, they should not be met with sarcasm or hostility. Being questioned about whether I have a room key while I am clearly checked in was inappropriate and disrespectful. Additionally, the condition of my room was unacceptable. Finding a used item left behind by a previous guest is extremely concerning, and it raises...

"We were two families with kid and stayed two nights. Overall property is really awesome, very clean with a convenient location. Staffs were good and well behaved. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom showers were not good in both rooms. Probably need a change. Also rooms should be cleaned daily even during stay which didn’t happen. Overall all I liked the property and happy with my stay."

"The tv did not work the entire day staff at front desk was rude the entire time. I normally only book with the residence inn but after this experience I’m not to sure . Foxborough was not a pleasant experience"

"We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance. We were assigned a first-floor room near the employee area and close to the front desk. "I was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of the building and decor of the 18th century era. The owner puts great effort into making it an enjoyable experience. As a history fan this place surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful too!"
