The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

A lovely little hotel, ideal to stay in for a trip to the Terracotta Warriors. What the hotel lacked in amenities the staff more than made up for.
