"My two night stay was fantastic. Very comfortable room with everything I need. Bikes available for use to explore the wonderful little town and great assistance by staff. Staff = Family ! A wonderful family I met. Everyone made my weekend stay so special. Even celebrated my 60th birthday with me! It’s a comfy place made more comfy by the family . Thank you all! "This property was incredibly lovely. It is well outfitted and conveniently located. Everything is nice, new and sparkling clean. The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. "

Great hotel but reception staff need training
"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. Overall breakfast and dinner was OK, lot’s of varieties and booking + seating period of time very good managed. Kids facilities is another great point of this property"
