The staff is amazing…all local Mayans from Tekit. The pool, grounds, architecture and design, lighting and jungle-manicured landscaping was carefully designed by professionals. Shambalanté staff is extraordinary and wonderful. They kept track of our arrival since the airport until we got there. They explained everything, they offered us natural lemonade, pecans and natural made cookies. The place is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is supreme.
