"The staff at the best of times was unhelpful, at other times they came off as rude/dismissive. Despite requesting an earlier check in and it being confirmed by staff, we were denied access, Our entire floor smelled like a strange fishy odour. The room had bedsheets with large yellow stains (despite us asking them to be changed). The toilet splashed water out of the bowl everytime you flushed. The laundry area is also poorly maintained. The only benefit is the location and the kind cleaners."

"Son was delighted when he asked if our room had a view of the railway station. It didn't, but the member of staff, very quickly changed our room to one that did.
Good selection at breakfast and as I have specific dietary requirements, there were no problems or fuss when I asked for something else. Thank you."

"The room was a good size for my wife and me, appreciated the air conditioning especially during a heat wave, shower facilities were very good and the coffee maker and cupboard with bowls, plates, microwave very useful though we didn’t use them. The only thing was that we found the mattress too hard which caused us discomfort and the fire alarm went off about 6am but was quickly switched off. The location of the hotel is useful being close to both railway stations, underground, bus stops, bars...
