"We had, as usual, an amazing experience at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel. What made this stay even more special was the thoughtful surprise the team prepared for us on our wedding anniversary. We were delighted to receive a beautiful personalized card, along with sweets and a bottle of champagne. It was such a touching gesture that made our celebration truly memorable. "Mixed vibes from the staff, they were very friendly during break and when we checked out, however, upon our arrival, the guy at the reception was far from being friendly.... The rooms themselves could use a good refurbishment.... The wood had holes in it from a long decay plus there were strains everywhere. Breakfast is a bit odd as well, they will make an omelette or a nice cup of cappuccino for you, but you have to ask and sometimes no one is present near the relevant stations"

"The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent."

"Stayed here before and came back for a short break. So a return speaks volumes. Food is always fine and plenty of choice Generally staff are all great and happy to help you. Some don’t greet you though but the manners of most the guests is my biggest issue. Ignorant guests with no manners at all. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you have to act respectfully!!!! The only things I’d change is to have a heated pool in October and one night the cleaners took my towels and left me without...
